How is cooking with duck eggs different from chicken eggs?

A friend gave mе ѕοmе duck eggs. Cаn I υѕе thеm thе same way аѕ regular chicken ones? Dο people eat thеm scrambled аnd stuff lіkе thаt, οr іѕ іt best tο рlасе thеm іn dishes whеrе thе eggs аrе used fοr texture?

Thankfulness!

Duck eggs are larger- if they are huge maybe you can alter your recipe by using less duck eggs that you would chicken eggs. I would use them any place that I use chicken eggs.

duck eggs are primarily used for baking(there larger-with a slightly different taste) but there also excellent if used for frittatas and dishes like that were the egg isn’t the only thing you taste!

Duck eggs would most likely equal 2 small chicken eggs in baking. My aunt used them in cornbread they have a richer taste.

You can use them for baking or you can eat them like you do chicken eggs. The main difference is the size and when eaten fried or scrambled the texture is a small different, but they are still excellent to eat.
