Thanksgiving: Seaoning for Duck and Turkey?

Ok so this year im cooking Thanksgiving dinner and im cooking Duck and Turkey.

I was stuff the birds with herbs like “orange slices, lemon slices, mint, lime slices” and i was thinking about using different seasonings cuz i usually use “seasoning salt, garlic power, sea salt,” and thats gotten kinda boring SO AS FOR THE QUESTION….

can any one give me ideas for seasoning this other than what i had listed above cuz i tired of using those?

note: i dont want anything that has a sweet tang to it…i hate sweet meat

oh and is there anything else to stuff in the birds?

Look for a curry seasoning or a spaghetti seasoning (not one of those disgusting envelopes) that has a bunch of different herbs in your store. If you live by a Trader Joe’s, their Twenty-one Salute seasoning is yummy on anything.
