Any good recipes using duck breast?

Thеу don’t hаνе tο bе simple bυt I wουld lіkе a recipe fοr cooking ѕοmе duck breasts. I want tο surprise mу boyfriend wіth a nice dinner аnd I know hе lіkеѕ duck. Anу аnd аll recipes wіll bе appreciated. Thank уου іn development.

    Ingredients
    boneless duck breasts, skin on
    1/4 cup shallot, minced
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    1/2 cup onion, minced
    1 teaspoon dried tarragon, crushed
    salt and pepper, to taste
    1/2 teaspoon dried thyme, crushed
    4 tablespoons butter
    2 tablespoons brown sugar
    3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
    1 cup port wine
    1 teaspoon arrowroot, dissolved
    2 tablespoons water

    Directions
    1Score the skin on the duck breasts down to their meat, and season both sides with salt, pepper and herbs on both sides. Set aside.
    2Heat skillet, and sear duck on both sides for 5-6 summary on each side, or until most of the stout is rendered, skin is crisp, and meat is to cooked to desired doneness.
    3Heat butter in saucepan, and saute onion, garlic and shallots until tender.
    4Add brown sugar, and cook until carmelized, about a minute or two.
    5Slowly add vinegar (step back, as it will steam!) and wine and allow to cook down.
    6Add arrowroot which has been dissolved in 2 Tablespoons water.
    7If desired, end duck breast in the oven.
    8To serve, cut the duck breast into diagonal slices and spoon some sauce on top. Serve at once.

    SAUTEED DUCKS

    2-4 duck breasts
    1-1 1/2 c. butter
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1 c. Chablis wine (white)
    1 tbsp. celery flakes
    1 tsp. tarragon
    Salt

    Brown ducks in butter and onions (and salt). Add wine and celery flakes. Cover and cook 40 summary (low heat). Add tarragon and saute uncovered for 15 summary. Serve over cooked rice.

    Go to an Asian grocery store or the Asian food section in your super market, and buy ‘Hoison Sauce’

    -Marinade the Duck Breasts in the sauce for 3 hours.
    -Pan fry the duck breasts til nice and brown on the outside, and then end them off in the oven.

    Its so yum! Plus Hoison sauce is a excellent keeper for any fridge!
