if you cooked it in sunflower oil would your feet fall off?
well that’s kind weird… I guess you could as long at it comes up to temp.
I don’t see a reason why you can’t safely do this, though I can’t reckon why you’d want to unless it’s a really ancient, really gristly goat. Goat is already pretty fatty meat. Maybe you prefer the flavour of duck stout? Go for it.
