Can you cook goat meat in duck fat, or is there a chance that you might come down with some kind of new Flu?

I don’t see a reason why you can’t safely do this, though I can’t reckon why you’d want to unless it’s a really ancient, really gristly goat. Goat is already pretty fatty meat. Maybe you prefer the flavour of duck stout? Go for it.
