What ingredients other than soy sauce and duck sauce are Chinese/oriental in flavor…?

Mаkіng a stir fry wіth sliced top round beef strips, peppers, onions, mini corn, water chestnuts аnd bean sprouts over rice.

Marinated meat іn worcestershire аnd soy sauce wіth garlic аnd a bit οf brown sugar, bυt іt tends tο evaporate аѕ іt cooks.

Need thουghtѕ fοr ingredients tο mаkе a juice/broth tο moisten thе accompanying rice…Anу thουghtѕ?

add chicken broth…. for thickening prepare a bit of cornstarch with lackadaisical water & then add.
other act of kindness enhancers: a bit of rice wine, rice vinegar, MSG.

Fish sauce is Vietnamese. It’s incredible. You could maybe even use something like Japanese miso or clear soup to keep it moist. Sounds tasty.

there are lots of asian ingredients to use… if you simply need to add liquid, chicken or beef have a give of will work, but for flavoring reckon about these in addition to your soy sauce:

sesame oil (one of my favorites)
    chili garlic paste (like Siracha)
    ginger – fresh, minced
    scallions
    sesame seeds
    hoisin sauce
    mirin (asian cooking wine)
    orange juice and/or zest

Also, for your rice, reckon about using some coconut milk for half the part of water – you will have really creamy rice – it’s splendid and then with the sauce from your stif fry it’ll be even better!

There are so many, but I would recommend you reserve some of the marinade mix and add at the last minute, just long enough to heat through.

your pan is not hot enough. heat it till the oil is ready to catch fire. then place the meat in. this will sear the outside and lock in the marinate. you will have tender juicy meat
