How to take care of a nursing duck?

Wе hаνе a female duck nesting under a bush аnd wе wanted tο know whаt tο dο? Whаt tο feed thе mama duck? Anу water? Lettuce? Wе аrе looking forward tο see thе ducklings!

    just give her some water and bread for now then head out to a farm shop or something and get her some feed.

    Go to a farm and ranch store and get duck food, cracked or whole kernel corn. You can also feed her bread, and water.
    This will help mama duck. Delight in watching the babies.

    You can give the duck water. Cut up some lettuce very fine and place it in water. They eat cut corn, you can get it at a local feed store. DO NOT FEED DUCKS BREAD EVER !!!! It is a misconception that ducks are suppose to eat bread they are not it is dreadful for their digestive system and can kill them! Also baby ducks eat mash (starter feed) also at local feed store. Below are some splendid duck care pages!! (also the ducks do not need enough water to swim in just enough to drink from like a cool whip container)
