nope. a banded bird (tagged) is in fact a trophy in the waterfowl world. the federal government bands birds, so when hunters shoot them they call it in and it gives them information on the birds that helps them set the limits for each species and state. it’s absolutely legal and is in fact a excellent thing.

its the best video i’ve seen so far, i like hunting but here in brazil its not legal so i hope some day i could go to usa and stay there for a season shooting some honkers and mallards, keep the job guys

oh yeah. honestly you can hand tune any call to your specs, but you’ve just got to be willing to spend the time to first learn how to do it to get the sound you want. some people like them to demand more and less air. i would doubtless recommend the canada hammer by buck gardner. that’s the first one i started with back in the day and i really liked it.
