I’ll be traveling with an 6 quart electric kettle that can boil, steam, fry, bake etc…and a small cooler. Don’t want to get smelly or messy do want to get creative! Once I made duck with plum sausage and plum sauce in a hotel room using an electric skillet in the bathroom. YUM! Send those ideas!

Aside from boiling, what other methods can we use to cook balut? i’ve heard that “balut” can be cooked using the “adobo” method… can you give other ways to cook it? by the way, balut is an asian delicacy which is a fertilized duck egg with a nearly-developed embryo inside that is usually boiled and eaten in the shell.

i was thinking roasting them with butter and bacon with toothpick and wrapping it up into aluminum foil. what temp? any thing else to make them taste good

the recipe has garlic, chilli, and a dash of worcestershire sauce in if that makes a difference
