What is the proper way to prepare peking duck?

I tried it one time and I really enjoyed. I’d like to know how to make it on my own. If you have a tips or tricks when working with something like duck please tell me. Thanks :)

Does anyone know if you can cook a passable Peking Duck with duck breasts instead of the whole bird .???

If anyone has I would be grateful for a foolproof recipe as a whole bird would take 24 hours to hang and dry ………. there has got to be an easier way !!!!!
