I’ve looked and found plenty, but the cooking times and methods are so different it is driving me crazy.

And, I want a recipe for a WHOLE duck. Not duck breasts, not a whole duck that you cut up before cooking. I would really love something with some sort of delicious sauce – maybe something fruity, but anything with the proper technique would help immensely.
