What makes the skin of duck turn bright red?
There is this chinese restaurant that I adore and they have the best duck. I wondering how they cook or what they cook it in to make the skin turn this rich, bright red color because I want to make it for my family. Also if anyone knows any recipes, I would l love to have them.
When cooking duck, how do you get the skin to go crispy?
