Why do people believe goose and duck taste bad?
I hunt, i cook my game.
People i have talked to think goose and duck taste “gamey” and won’t eat it. I fry it in butter and garlic, i grill it with a red wine marinade, i bake it, and any other way i can think of and i don’t ever come across a gamey taste….
