how to season thanksgiving duck?

i have a duck i bought and it says “seasoned” with up to 10% water and salt a.k.a brining. so how do i season it. how do i cook it to make sure it doesnt dry out?

i really don’t
and maybe its cause there are only 3 people in my family
me my mom and dad
we don’t prepare the turkey cause its just too much
but we do have like a family dinner on that day but instead of turkey
my dad cooks either duck stuffed with apple and plums or some chicken dish

i really don’t get the whole concept of thanksgiving
and maybe its cause im not American or Canadian( Canadians celebrate Thanksgiving as well right? )

Thanksgiving: Seaoning for Duck and Turkey?

Ok so this year im cooking Thanksgiving dinner and im cooking Duck and Turkey.

I was stuff the birds with herbs like “orange slices, lemon slices,mint,lime slices” and i was thinking about using different seasonings cuz i usually use “seasoning salt,garlic power,sea salt,” and thats gotten kinda boring SO AS FOR THE QUESTION….

can any one give me ideas for seasoning this other than what i had listed above cuz i tired of using those?

note: i dont want anything that has a sweet tang to it…i hate sweet meat

oh and is there anything else to stuff in the birds?
