It’s just that I’ve never cooked a turkey but that is what I do when I cook a chicken or duck so I guess it’s the same with a turkey? Thanks.
Oh, and can you eat turkey with mint sauce? I know it’s probably mainly for lamb but I don’t have any cranberry sauce,lol. Thanks

Ok so this year im cooking Thanksgiving dinner and im cooking Duck and Turkey.

I was stuff the birds with herbs like “orange slices, lemon slices,mint,lime slices” and i was thinking about using different seasonings cuz i usually use “seasoning salt,garlic power,sea salt,” and thats gotten kinda boring SO AS FOR THE QUESTION….

can any one give me ideas for seasoning this other than what i had listed above cuz i tired of using those?

note: i dont want anything that has a sweet tang to it…i hate sweet meat

oh and is there anything else to stuff in the birds?
